All sales are final. Once a subscription has been paid or an event reservation is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. In terms of cancellations for events outside of the monthly subscription - if the request up to 72 hours of the event start date, a voucher can be issued.
Subscriptions and coffee meetups:
Subscriptions for coffee meetups are for the intended use of the account holder only. They cannot be transferred.
Coffee meetup rules:
As members are intentionally matched for a curated and intimate setting, bringing along guests (either members or non-members) are not permitted.
Cancellations:
Our meetups are small in design. If you cancel a meetup more than 24 hours in advance you can receive a credit for a new date. This is an event credit only and not a monetary credit. A coffee meetup can be credited for another coffee meetup, regardless of any changes in pricing. The credit cannot be applied to another event type.
Under no circumstances can a subscription be refunded.
No shows:
Not showing up to a meetup is strongly discouraged at Pink Poodle Society and can negatively impact members' experience. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure the best experience for all our members, no-shows without adequate notice will result in the following penalties: 1st instance: a yellow flag on the platform; 2nd instance: a red flag, which will restrict access to Pink Poodle Society services.

Pink Poodle Society events excluding meetups:
Events outside of the Pink Poodle Society subscription including additional coffee meetups other than the included once per month are made available for purchase to members only, through our social media outlets, emails and newsletters. Each event is priced individually, the cost of the event and what it includes will be specifically stated at the time of event announcement via email.
Transfer Option-for additional events only:
Event reservations can be transferred (only once) to another available date only if the request is made at least 1 week before the scheduled event. Requests for transfers made less than 1 week of the scheduled date will not be accommodated. Please note that once an event reservation has been transferred before, regardless of the timing, it cannot be transferred again, and no exceptions can be made to this policy.
Rebooking & Credit Policy:
If you are unable to attend your workshop, you may rebook within 14 days of the original date.
– Rebookings within 14 days may be applied to a workshop of equal, lower, or higher value. If the new workshop is priced lower, the difference will be honored. If it is priced higher, the difference must be paid.
– Rebookings requested after 14 days will be issued as a credit equal to the original ticket value, which may be applied toward any future workshop, subject to availability. If the new workshop is priced higher, the difference must be paid. Price differences will not be refunded or credited if the new workshop is priced lower.
This policy helps us fairly support our facilitators and keep workshops running sustainably.
No Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, including illness or inclement weather, can arise. However, we strictly adhere to our refund and transfer policies without exceptions. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of our experience for all our users.
Non-Transferability & No-Reselling:
All tickets purchased are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Reselling of your ticket (reservation) is not allowed.
Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or given away for any purpose without explicit permission from Pink Poodle Society.
Liability for Incidents:
Pink Poodle Society is not responsible for any incidents that occur during the experience, including but not limited to theft, offensive behavior from guests, or any other disturbances. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings and well-being.
Food Allergy Disclaimer:
Pink Poodle Society is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the food and beverages served. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are strongly encouraged to inform our staff and location staff of their specific needs prior to consumption.

Pink Poodle Society is not responsible for what happens during a meeting through our Service or in any other way outside the use of the platform.
You are responsible for continuing any activity that results from a meeting through our Service. You do this at your own risk and responsibility.

Running later than 15 minutes for an event? If you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact the restaurant directly. We may not be able to guarantee your seat for the table if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.
